Take what will from my comments
It's not all their best songs and has a lot unfamiliar songs. Like most "best of" CDs. If you are looking to rip songs for your MP3 player your best value is Time Life collections by decades or best of "50s 60s, 70s, 80s" one off compilations. There is a "Early Girls" collection as well. These are a fairly good source for the songs you want and have many of songs you can't find other wise. This is the most cost effective way. Then find "best of" CDs for your favorites.
