Like many others at the time I was getting swept up with grunge and alternative rock bands at the time. I had been an INXS fan for over a decade but missed this album when it came out. I finally got to listen to this album 25 years later as I've been collecting CDs and vinyl of the groups I followed back in the 80's. Wow! This was a much heavier album for the band lyrically and musically. Hutch was in a dark place at this time and was heading in the direction that lead to his death 4 years later. It's still INXS and I wasn't disappointed. Solid album from the guys.
