This is “Ninja Enforcer (aka Angry Dragon),” a previously-owned video-cassette-tape (VHS) issued by Front Row Entertainment in 1989. It plays perfectly and comes in the original slipcase. In this ‘kung fu’ outing, which is most certainly not a ninja movie, a young man on a journey has to negotiate a treacherous landscape filled with tricksters and tough guys (and rescue a queen). In doing so, he teams up with a ragtag bunch of orphans. There are bald guys with goofy outfits and facial hair, a stand-out eating scene, competent martial arts, bad dubbing, and a love story. Of note, "Ninja Enforcer" was a title totally fabricated by for the VHS market by New Pacific Pictures to cash in on the then-current ‘ninja boom" of the 1980's.
