Ready for a good western? Break out the popcorn, enjoy !!
This is a very good western to watch. It is a long running movie so if you are a western fan, pop plenty of popcorn set back and enjoy a great movie. Also I am a Tom Berenger fan and as always he is great to watch as well as all the other actors. If you have never seen this movie you need to add this to your collection. We really enjoyed the whole movie, very glad we made this ebay purchase.

Excellent movie. Good performances by actors except Rachael ward. She seemed to be unfamiliar with the type of character she was playing and tried too hard to portray the role. Much better in the thorn birds. Seemed to follow the description of the actual events. Series was in good condition with no skips.

Great Western
Although not true in many respects, the impact the Johnson County war had on large cattle ranches cannot be disputed. The characters represent the small ranchers and farmers who were brutalized by big business and the lengths the small farmer went to to protect their livelihood. The compassion for their rights on both sides was well portrayed and the acting was superb. I believe Burt Reynolds did a great job with his role in polishing the evil image of the lengths mega cattle empires would go to protect their wealth. If you enjoy seeing David slaying Goliath with a western spin on it, then this is the movie for you.
