Ability to understand what is going on.
The DVD's are in excellent shape and I was very happy. Unfortunately, they do not have subtitles so I can't hear what is being said as I'm deaf. I am supposed to have a 3rd attempt to have a Cochlear Implant and if I do and if it works then I will hopefully be able to hear.
