Crowd stalking
I can't usually bear to watch Denzil Washington in anything. He's very much lauded but I think he's over rated and not a particularly good actor although he chooses his films carefully. In this, however, he's good. Believable at least. The rest of the cast is excellent. The content of this film will be no more than spooky fantasy nonsense if you're not a believer that we are in a spiritual war at present here on this material Earth. If you don't believe then the movie is no more than dated Christian foolishness for those idiots of us who think we've got an imaginary friend in the clouds. It's all just made up rubbish for fools who can't handle reality, right? BUT.... If you have got faith in Jesus Christ and have experienced spiritual attack you'll know that this film is bang on. If you've been crowd stalked and understand why and why it happens then you'll get this film and it'll resonate like few other films for you. The overall subtlety is very creditworthy.
If you first take into consideration the subject: exorcism - an appropriate comprehension of that word is necessary - most folk then refer to the the film: 'The Exorcist' - and that will be more or less that - but - when appropriate awareness of what you are dealing with in the process of exorcism is more fully realised, then the subtle accuracy and varied scope of illustrating that evasive 'entity' is fully appreciated. I had to watch it 3 times before each viewing added to the accurate complexity of the depth of intelligence of demonic thought forms. It is the best film made so far on accurately purveying the underlying threat of such negativity - there is no over-acting - they must all - to whatever extent been aware of the prevailing subject. If only it was carefully taught to the world - current social 'normality' would advance aesthetically - and the millions of satanists worldwide would have serious second-thoughts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
