Condition:
A heavy rainstorm and severe flooding cause the sheriff and residents of a local town to evacuate and abandon it. However, an armoured vehicle carrying $3 million gets caught in the storm, making it a sitting duck for a gang of bandits, led by Jim (Morgan Freeman), who attempts to steal the cash. To prevent the bandits from getting their hands on the money, the van's driver, Tom (Christian Slater), runs off with it, but escape is not going to be easy with the water rising to life-threatening levels.

Rising flood waters imperil the residents of a Midwestern town, but to a gang of thieves, the disaster is an opportunity--to waltz off with the contents of a bank vault abandoned by the evacuated townspeople.
