A film I've always loved,As horror freak nothing scares me,I've seen far too many so called Scary films to bat an eyelid but the movie Halloween for me is like a pair of comfy slippers, I really love it,its an old fav and never gets tired.Frights,no, entertaining, a yes from me.They don't make em like they use too.A joy as always.

Still one of the best slashers of all time, and the basis for many other slasher movies. This movie still stands out as one of the best purely because the horror is literal, Micheal is psychologically disturbed and really frightening because there are real people like this. Unlike most horror this is based off reality and there could be someone like Micheal out there now going on a kill frenzy but they might not be able to absorb bullets like he does and keep on coming.
