I love this film! I saw it when it originally came out in the 80's and loved it then as I do still now. It's full of action, great characters and a good, easy-going storyline line which launched Tom Cruise's career. The best ever warfare/friendship/love story/self worry and doubt. Mav and Goose are special, after Goose, Mav struggles. Viper helps. Charlie is the love interest.
