Season 3 of the X Files begins right where season 2 left off, we discover the fate of Mulder (David Duchovny) and delves deeper into the government's shadowy conspiracy. One of the best X Files seasons, season 3 contains some of the best myth-arc episodes such as "The Blessing Way" and "Paper Clip" which wrap up the events that closed season 2. The two parter "Nisei" and "731" go even deeper and cover elements of Scully's (Gillian Anderson) abduction from Season 2, while the other two parter, "Piper Maru" and "Apocrypha" explore the mysterious Black Oil and see the welcome return of Alex Krycek (Nicholas Lee) who disappeared earlier in the season. Other highlights include the funny episodes "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose" and "Jose Chung's from Outer Space" while the scares come from episodes such as "2Shy", "The List" and the brillaint "War of Coprophages" - you'll never look at cockroaches the same way again! Continuing the adventures of Mulder and Scully in the third season of the hit TV show The X-Files. While not as strong as the excellent second season, it is still worth the watch.
A science fiction series that was only surpassed by Buffy and possibly Angel. Compulsive viewing and worth every penny.
