I feel affronted by the other review here. This is a classic show for children and the child at heart - not students or cynical middle-aged men. It made your heart glad when it came on, and when it finished you felt enriched and inspired. It's not just nostalgia; my kids love it too, and it's still enjoyable when you're grown up - as long as you don't think you're too clever for it. It's good-hearted, full of action and fun - deep, even, if you like. The original performances are great and the British voice-overs only add to them; and the music is brilliant. As for black people, there are none in it - no idea what he's talking about there. If you can't enjoy this, whatever your actual age, you can only be described as old and sad.

Great to watch if you're stoned apparently. The graphics are so bad they look like they were done by a disabled 5 year old. The acting is atrocious and the plots ridiculous. It's also unashamedly racist (every black person in the series is called 'Jimmy'!) I watched it when sober once and that was a harrowing experience. I felt disillusioned. Don't ever make that mistake.
