Additional InformationWITHNAIL AND I is a quirky semiautobiographical account of filmmaker Bruce Robinson's early years as an actor. In 1969 London, two unemployed thespians--Withnail (Richard E.     This has to be the best cult movie! Its funny and typical of its day.. As a student at that time it makes me laugh out loud but Its also so gentle. Id recommend Withnell and I and your goodselves and thankyou so much for the return of happy days!!

    A Belter

    I was hooked from the opening scene to the last, Grant, McGann and Griffith’s are wonderful as are the backing cast. At times the humour is laugh out loud. It really is British drama/humour at its best. I have watched it a number of times and each time it’s still as funny and engaging as when I first saw it.
