Beautiful and moving drama about Frederick Delius.
Beautiful and moving drama based on the life of Frederick Delius. Considered by many as Ken Russell's finest film, it portrays the final years of the life of Frederick Delius, when he was blind and paralysed, and when Eric Fenby lived with the composer and his wife Jelka, in their home in France, as Delius's amanuensis. Max Adrian's performance as Delius is outstanding.
