  • Really rather good

I knew almost nothing about Mose Allison beyond the sound the Who covered on Live At Leeds so he's come as a pleasant surprise. Morrison does his standard jazz vocal, but note: he doesn't sing on every track. Good album, some brilliant (jazz) playing, great singing and a canny choice of songs. Unreservedly recommended.
