About this product
Product Information
Young Dorothy is bored of her gray life on a Kansas farm. When her house is whisked away by a tornado, it lands somewhere over the rainbow in a Technicolor world, and Dorothy knows she's not in Kansas anymore. This beloved, incomparable classic based on L. Frank Baum's turn-of-the-century novel is a musical and visual candy store. Dorothy's journey to find a way back to Kansas has permeated American culture and film for decades and remains one of the best musicals and children's stories ever filmed.

Hey! It's the Wizard of Oz, perennial staple and go-to amazing cinematic experience for youngsters. This was bought for my just-turned-3-year-old, who cannot yet grasp the intricacies of Dorothy's predicament, but the colours, and the dancing, and the Munchkins, and the wicked witch.. are all good things. This is a very good DVD transfer, the disc has lots of additional extras, which will all be viewed at some point, no doubt.
great film and will never get old,i paid very little for this compared to shops in the high street that buy and sell things and convert your things in to cash that charged £8 for the same thing.
