Part of a short but excellent series. Good plots and acting. A great atmosphere and a nice homage to Sherlock Holmes with quite a few little 'nods' to the Sherlock Holmes stories.

A very interesting story with fantastic performances from Sir Ian Richardson and Rick Mayell filled with a great cast to boot with another Sottish Ron Donatchie.
