Additional InformationWritten and directed by Peter Hyams (THE HUNTER, END OF DAYS), HANOVER STREET stars Harrison Ford as David, a WWII American bomber pilot who meets and falls in love with a beautiful nurse during an air raid in London. She never tells him that she is married. David is then shot down behind enemy lines while accompanying a British agent into France. In the midst of danger, David then realizes that the agent is his lover's husband. This was one of Ford's first starring roles after becoming a household name in STAR WARS.

    Hanover Street love story

    Previously reviewed. A much loved film set around a ficticious setting of Hanover Street Undergound station (not a real London station). Believable main characters. Highly recommended.

    A brilliant film, with a nice romantic background, it has everything, war, drama,love, what more can one ask for. As per usual I have not yet seen a film with Harrison Ford in that was not good, this one certainly does not disappoint.

    A classic reminded in parts of Pearl Harbour . Saw this many years ago and wanted to re live the magic it didn't fail to impress played it on my blu ray through 4k television which improved the Dvd quality
