A good short workout, covered all the basics

This DVD is great for a workout at home. You can really feel it, only problem with it is that I had to buy a bigger gymball as the slightly smaller one didnt work with the excercises.
Needed to lose weight and tone up....bought this dvd and i must say its been fantastic. By the end of the core workout i could feel every fibre and muscle in my body pulsing! the best thing about this dvd is it has a chapter selection, warm up, toning etc so u can go back and pick another chapter and work through that section again which gives u an extra workout on the areas u want to really concentrate on. It demonstrates easy to follow excercises, 2 ladies on the video working out together, one does excercises for beginners showing u easy less stressful positions and the other one doing excercises for more experienced fitness freaks which makes it very comfortable to try out and build ur way up. I would highly recommend this, a great dvd for fitness and weight loss.
This was my first Gymball DVD.. and Gymball experience. I wasn't particularly interested in a workout for a beginner as I like to be challenged although Lucy Knight states that it is not designed for a beginner I am certain that it would not prove too difficult for a first timer. The warm-up is effective but requires quite a bit of space, the main workout is mainly abs, obliques, bums and thighs focused using the ball for balance, but the best bit is the stretch at the end which is extremely refreshing. This one is great if you are looking to add something different into your usual workout sessions. Lucy Knight is easy to follow providing descriptions of each exercise and where you should be feeling it working.
this is a great dvd to help you loose those extra inchs if you dont no how to use a gym ball this is the dvd you need very helpfull and im now on my way to a fitter and leaner me
