I was definitely hoping for something more interesting from such a prestigious name as the Smithsonian. They must - you would think - have hundreds of hours of all kinds of unknown singers and musicians, so it's deeply disappointing to see a same-old selection of the likes of Woody Guthrie, Leadbelly, and Pete Seeger, with a heavy (and I mean heavy) emphasis on protest songs. Of interest only if you are completely new to the genre.
