Fans of funky keyboard instrumentals that may have soundtracked late sixties / early seventies caper movies will love this album. This is certainly not a typical Beastie Boys album but a collection of some groovy laid back instrumentals. There is a tribute to the man who possibly inspired this album (Richard 'Grove' Holmes) and many other tracks suitable for lying on the rug in front of a roaring fire with abottle of liebfraumilch and some fondue.
This album is pure funk instrumental grooves, that takes you on a journey. Even if you're not a Beastie boy fan, this album is a must have!
I would highly recommend this to anyone regardless of your usual musical tastes. Beware that this is an instrumental album so NOTHING like any Beastie Boys that you've heard before! Jam packed full of fab, funky tunes.
