I bought this DVD to give my granny for christmas. After reading the description i thought it would be perfect for her. Unfortunatly after commiting to buy i went back to show my son which DVD i had got, this is when i noticed to my horror how unclear and fuzzy the actual image of the product was, infact it looked like a pirate copy of the DVD and not original. Until the DVD arrived there was nothing i could actually do. I did continue to look through ebay for the same copy to see if there were a massive difference but this just worried me more. To my complete surprise when i recieved it, everything was ok, it wasn't a pirate copy. I feel that this image does not do the product any justice and can be very off putting. If like me you judge the product on the image then its reducing chances of sale. I was lucky really because like most panic buys you do it without thought as you just want to get something to give but had this not been a panic buy, like all of my purchases i would have taken my time...had this been the case here i would never have purchased the DVD's. The image is very important as its the 1st thing the customer see's and instantly judges the product on, so in my opinion because of the very poor image ebay buyers will look else where, it would be worth improving the quality of the image so buyers dont think that your DVD's are pirate.Read full review
