Does what is says on the tin.
Working OK so far. I am using it to control the speed of a brush motor (1500w table saw). Not sure it would work well on induction motors, might cause overheating of motor or controller so haven't risked it. The one design flaw with it is the flap over the terminals. This wont open without bending or removing the cover. I removed mine temporarily - no big deal. As it is all metal, make sure the case is properly earthed, and ideally fitted inside or under some other protection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very useful ac motor controller.
Used to control the speed of my grinder to remove stubborn ivy remnants, because normal revs were eating plaster also. Did the job well and has many other uses. Come upo to exppectations

Not recommend!
Unstable voltage regulation. The control knob has more than half the idle rotation. There is a risk of damage to the electromotor which regulates voltage and rotation. Zero voltage
