Give up disposable batteries! Save our planet for our children and a better world 🌎
Ok… first of all like my title says, please everybody stop using disposable batteries and be kinder to our world. Rechargeable’s are equal to 1000 or more single use ones that harm where we live, it’s a small change we can all easily do! 👍 Anyway my review of the Lloytron brand batteries is that they are great. They charge well, lose hardly any charge if stored a while and come in a range of capacities to suit. I have used my large capacity ones for a couple of years already and I am happy with them. I bought the 800mah ones for keeping in emergency solar lighting etc but I bought extra so have been using some of them in plenty of other things too. The Lloytron batteries are good quality and are made well, there’s literally no need to pay more for ones 2/3 times the price! ✅

How long to charge?
The “problem” with these batteries, as with other Lloytron rechargeable batteries, is that the manufacturer doesn’t say on the packaging how long it takes to fully charge them. Which I find strange as the manufacturer can find space on the packaging to suggest its own charger. A word to the wise, the own brand chargers don’t indicate when batteries are fully charged. So you need to find the formula for working out the charging time. And for that you need to know the charging rate of the charger. Also bear in mind that you should mark the batteries to show when they are first charged. The manufacturer will recommend using a permanent marker to write the date on the battery. Given the smooth surface, there’s no telling how long that would last!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

They work a treat.
I recharge them in about 7 hours, for my garage motion sensor alarm, which is quite power hungry, but they last for a few weeks before running flat. Contrarily, they seem to last for ages between charges when used for the digital display in my landline telephone. Disappointing
I found the batteries to be quite poor . Or I am doing something wrong. we charged the batteries before putting them in the Sola lights charger ,always made sure the charger was at a good height in the garden and facing the sun, but it's been disappointing .
