Highly recommended. Had a hedgehog visit on the first night. I have treated the outside with a non smell shed\fence paint to protect it from weather. I put a little sawdust in and some food and thought i might have to wait days. But they found it already. I also raised about an inch off the ground with flat rocks to protect from any water. Tremendous Hedgehog House
We had been researching quite a bit before choosing a hedgehog house for our garden and we chose this one because of the great reviews it already had . The house is so well made and designed , with a lid to see if the hedgehogs have moved in and a wall to prevent intruders from entering .We painted ours with animal friendly paint , put it on a slab to lift it up slightly and added a tunnel . The house is easily large enough for a hedgehog family to live in , we can't wait for for Hedgeley to see it , it's absolutely tremendous

Very well made.
As the title says, this is very well made. It has replaced one we bought three years ago which was made of plywood (different supplier). With ply the rain gets in and rots very easily, just thrown that one away. With this one it is solid wood and hopefully should last for years. this is a solid house for the money and well made . I just added some stumpy legs to take it off the ground which I stand on an old car mat. I lined with newspapers then use the woodshavings ,stripped news plus a few old dried leaves from the garden. over protect the top with plastic and any old roofing I have or neighbours have given me the hogs are as snug as a bug. well worth the money and excellent value.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I found a baby hedgehog in the garden, so bought this house and it moved straight in. It is a great product, would highly recommend. The BBC website says there is a second litter of hedgehogs late in the year this year (2019), they’ll need all the help they can get. Hedgehog House is brilliant
This individually handmade house is perfect for hedgehogs. Within a couple of weeks I had a juvenile hog move in. I’m now taking care of the hog and it has a place to sleep at night. Robust, easy to clean with hinged roof and two safe compartments.
Good product, hoping it will be occupied soon. Only suggestion I would make is maybe a bit of a tunnel on the outside of the entrance hole, otherwise happy.
