I have always wanted to try one of these but have never really been sure of th ed m but as I have bought every kind of frying pan even ones that are guaranteed for 25 yrs a d I have just thrown it away. I did not realise that bacon just is no good in a frying pan so decided it was time. This lodge is pre seasoned so just was and start using since using for bacon it was great also used for steaks they turned out scrumptious . Having watched the video it was just amazing as it tells you how to look after it and that it gets better with every use (cleaning smoking an re oiling ) and it is do true I wish I had done this a long time ago the video even explains the re seasoning and I must admit seemed pretty basic. The best buy in a pan you could get.
