Good little tool
Although it works well you may find that some wiper arms are more awkward to remove than others due to the close proximity of the panel recess. On our Micra, it's fine for the outer spindle but only just goes over the arm on the centre spindle & as you tighten the centre thread it tries to slide the puller to one side. The way I've found to help overcome this problem is to leave the spindle nut half on the thread & half off, so that the centre part of the puller sits in the nut to help avoid slipping. Although the 'L' shaped pullers might get round this problem, they generally are not as strong & can be prone to bending especially if the arm has all but seized on the shaft.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great tool, but don't expect miracles.
Whilst this is a well made tool of good quality, and at a very good price, regrettably it was not man enough to remove my rear wiper arm from it's spindle. In fairness, I have to say that said wiper arm is original, on a sixteen year old car, and despite many applications of Plus Gas, heat and a large hammer, it just won't budge. All said, I still think this is a good tool, and I'm sure it would cope with most cars of a more recent vintage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Know your limits.
Didn't work for me. Too soft material in gripping arms. Wiper arm didn't come loose. Tool bended before arm got removed. This was after considerable force applied. Can't really blame stuck wiper arm on the tool. Otherwise well built. I got my wiper arm removed by sawing off the wiper motor axle, and then hammer off the remaining axle from wiper arm...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
