Have only tested this helmet to confirm it's working OK., so have yet to use it for any length of time on a welding job. It appears to be manufactured to a good standard & comfortable. Unreliable and intermittent eye protection.
It has a very intermittent pick-up on the weld, so you might have no auto-darkening protection. Its taken a lot of fiddling with the settings to get it to work at all. One minute its working perfectly and then next its hello arc-eye.
