For the money it is a great little camera. It is not as sophisticated as e.g. GoPro but is only a fraction of the price. It captures images clearly cycling on roads but is a bit shaky on off-road tracks. It is easy to attach to either the handlebars or helmet. Set up is straightforward using a YouTube clip - the actual instructions in the box are non-existent. It's quite tricky to remove the waterproof casing, I managed by sliding the clip and prising the flap open with a blunt knife! The casing itself is quite heavy and bulky so I've been using it without. I don't think it's necessary unless you are actually going underwater. Battery life is just over an hour which is plenty for my commute to work. I recommend an SD card of at least 16GB which I find is enough to record 6x 15 minute journeys.
