Big and hard
One shouldn't confuse the title with being good. I've given it a week or,so,for testing before writing this. A big and thick construction with no give whatsoever. I found it unforgiving. The angle which my bonce was from my body felt like my wind wipe would be crushed. Side sleeping was just as uncomfortable. I move a lot during sleep, always have. With this pillow I woke up many time with my head on the corners . If your dome is big and heavy enough to have it's own gravitational pull, then I would recommend. It has done nothing for me
