Nothing "fancy" about this skillet; it just works.
This will be our 3rd Presto electric skillet in 30 years. The other 2 each lasted many years with almost daily use. They're easy to operate, easy to clean, and durable. The temperature dial is easy to read and the skillet holds its temperature. Big and beautiful!
Even though it's just the two of us, I'm amazed how often I'm using this big skillet. It's wonderful when family comes for visit. Don't have to fret about not having pan large enough.
