Not meat but just as good.
For those who do not eat meat this is a good alternative to mix with barbecue sauce and still have the taste of meat or to make other meatless dishes.

The dry curls store a long time and are easy to fix and flavor. Since the prepared curls have an almost meat like consistency & can be substituted for animal protein in everything from pasta dishes to burgers, is why even our non vegetarian friends/family like them.
