Best all round tyre a bike can get
Obviously, not all tyres suit all bikes and it can be down to personal preference,riding style etc. This tyre does everything very well, wet or dry and instills confidence in every situation, even gripping well from cold within reason. I have them fitted to by CBR1100xx Super Blackbird and although they don't turn in quite as quick as the Corsa's it had on when i bought it, it's still very good and although corsas are great, you'll be replacing them often,on a bike this heavy. Also had 020 Battlaxes, which were great in the dry,also turning in well, when new, but they tended to square off, towards the end and spun up,too easily in the wet. (never tried the 023's) If you do a lot of miles, this is the tyre to have. It does everything well and even with 'brisk' to high speed riding, the mileage out of them exceeds, any other tyre i've ever used! 5000+ and still a bit to go! I'm guessing i'll have had 6-7k, by the time i replace the rear. If there had to any kind of downside, it'd be,that it would turn a bit too slow on a trackday with tight corners, but that's not what it's for.
