Hycote Red Caliper Paint
Honestly the worst paint I've ever used. Calipers and carriers were sand blasted and prepared properly and completely rebuilt. This paint has completely ruined the whole job. The calipers were painted about a month ago, went to fit them to the car today and the paint was still tacky. All dirt from hands instantly got trapped in the paint. Then while fitting the calipers some brake fluid went onto the paint and melted it straight away. I've tried getting the paint off and in the process of removing the caliper again rounded off the brake hose so that's something else I've had to buy. Paint is very soft so couldn't even remove it easily, couldn't paint over it either because it makes the Hycote Spray paint react even more. Never buying anything of this brand ever again, the whole thing has meant I've been left without a car while new parts turn up, I've had to do the job twice and cost me twice as much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
