Who needs an electric pressure cooker!
Being's that it can be used on all cooking surfaces, makes it very versatile as a cooking tool! And by having two pressure settings, it can do rice and veggies without making mud out of them! That is a nice touch! It can cook corn bread and other cakes and pies as well!
