amazing debut solo album
on the breakup of the Norwegian new wave synth trio after the fraught heavy falling out on the midst of the last group album memorial beach, they went separate ways, keyboardist went more dylanesk, Cohen kind of folk laid back sound, pal going more towards a high brow dark edged indie sound Morten had stayed more on the lines of ballads which truly suits Morten's vocal dynamics his album takes you on a journey which you don't want to leave, for me the flagship song on the album is los angels its a chill out album for a rain swept day his vocals and words takes you to safety
