Good hardware let down by crude software
The hardware supplied in the Yale HD720 CCTV system is of good quality and includes cables of generous length and wall fixings for the cameras. Unfortunately this is let down by over complex software for the DVR unit and poor explanations in the printed manual of how the system is to be set up. After some effort I succeeded in getting the two supplied cameras to work but have failed so far to monitor my Yale Smart Home cameras (bought separately). The point of buying the Yale HD720 system was to enable monitoring of indoor and outdoor cameras, which I am unable to do.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
