Whilst I lost interest in Whitesnake when they started to chase the money, this album is simply stunning. David Coverdale has a voice that is simply second to none. There is depth, warmth, tonality and a richness that I have not heard the equal of. Coupled with virtuoso guitar playing from Adrian Vandenberg, this is a stunning unplugged album that should be part of any collection, not just a rock one. There are tracks from old albums and new, as well as a finale from his Deep Purple days. Thoroughly recommended to all.
good cd some nice tracks worth a listen

Simply amazing, Whitesnake acoustic, who would imagine, but then think of all the other acoustic versions that bands have done. Anyhoo, Starkers In Tokyo, the first time i heard these songs, well 'Here I Go Again' was on a music channel. My old man had a copy of this and i listened to it but it was cassette. I have been waiting to purchase this cd for a very long time. I forgot how strong Coverdale's voice was hasn't changed in any slightest way. One of best acoustic performances in a long time. One singer and one guitarist. Even listening back to the old favourites again, def recommended to any fan of rock. A way to describe this cd: Every Home Should Have One.
If you want to hear some classic Whitesnake stripped down and capturing the songwriting skills of the various lineups of the band, this is for you. You get to hear Mr Coverdale's voice in all its bluesy glory without being hidden by any screaming guitars or thundering drums (1987 album in mind for that one). Mr Vandenberg ain't too bad either.
