Suffering from IBS? Read This.
Besides Buscopan, this is the only thing that has helped my IBS. Been visiting hospitals for 3,5 years with stomache pains/cramps. Been treated with psychofarmaca and various other pills to "help stomache". All useless or making things worse. Also tried probiotics, which also made the IBS worse. Symptoms such as balloon stomache, cramps, severe burning pain, hard stomache (cant poop), diarrhea & periods with lack of sleep due to this. These have helped alot! Can now go to toilet normally almost every day. No balloon stomache. Rarely any cramps. No diarrhea. Alot less pain & sleeping just fine now. I really recommend this for people suffering of IBS. This product has made my bowel movement easier. No more hard pressing. Negative side is that once you get the twinges that you need to poo you had better go. In relation to that negative side if going any where outside on say a short trip, go to the toilet and as I said earlier no hard pressing, you will find that you can poo okay at any time. The only thing that helps me cope with the daily struggle of IBS. These capsules work like magic to calm your gut down and ease the pain and bloating. The only downside is heartburn and peppermint aftertaste, you have to make sure you drink plenty of water with them. I take one before each meal and they are brilliant.
