So versatile! - slice it and eat it on bread - cube it and put it into egg/pasta/potato/rice-salads - julienne it, mix with cheese cubes, pickled onions and a marinade for a summer meal - fry fat slices of it, eat with fried egg, spinach and potatoes - cut in fat cubes and add to veggie or pulse soups/stews - Keto? just eat it with some salad
