Good for muscles
I've used this for years.i have fibromyalgia and so I'm always low on magnesium. I've tried 4 different types this one works best. People with fibromyalgia need to take magnesium cos the nerve off switch never shuts off and so lots of magnesium Is depleted that way. It stops my muscles from aching and keeps trigger points down to low level. I stopped taking it once to see if there was much of a difference.
