Neo-Synephrine is the brand I've trusted for years. Works as indicated on the label with proper use - and finding a pack of four, at this price, was an unbeatable deal. Buying bulk is much easier (and cheaper) than purchasing individually at the local discount store or pharmacy. Thinner nozzle good for smaller or inflamed nostrils
I like the smaller spray nozzle; it is easier to put up your nose. Most of the other brands of nasal decongestant spray bottles (now) have a much wider/larger nozzle on them. I used to use this product many years ago, but have not seen it until recently- again. BUT I do not find the (current) ingredients or the spray strength of THIS product, to work as well as it used to, or as well as other brands sold. The active ingredient in this spray; Phenlephine HCL 1.0% does not open my nose, as well as alternative active ingredient Oxymetazoline HCL 0.05%, so I am disappointed. I thought this was a stronger product and I liked the ease of use, with the thinner, nose spray nozzle - but it did not live up to expectations.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
