The Wusthof Ikon 8" Chef knife I purchased is everything I expected. I already own several other Wusthof knives, all excellent quality, which perform as expected. The ergonomic handle is what I like most about the Ikon series, very comfortable to use. The knife stays sharp and is easy to touch up with a hone. A Very Solid Chiefs Knife
2 months of use and I've been blown away with the Wusthofs results in the kitchen.
