Just plain fun for the fun-hearted types

(I'll update if something changes) I've gone through 5 sets of co2 and this thing is decently accurate, fun, and though lots of plastic is not cheap plastic and feels durable. I watched a couple of Y.T. videos and took out the 6 burst limiter gear (kind of a pain...definitely use thin string/ thread for one of the levers (that is associated with that gear) to hold it in place and have it removable(doubled so it can "slip" when single pulled). I added a barrel extension which took some figuring out and some drilling , cussing, and the like. and added a red dot sight. Needless to say with or without modifications this thing is fun for all ages (unless you are a party pooper or raise a party pooper of a child) (also known as Captain Bringdown), (or Politicus Libtardious-Pooponus). The description for this on ebay is spot on for the most part.

Fun to shoot. Fixed sites are fair. Accuracy is good. Reliable after 3000 rounds.

Reasonably accurate with the fixed sites. I painted the front site which made it a bit easier to find the target. I added a red/green dot holographic scope. I'll probably cut off the fixed sites after the 90 day warranty expires. The Picatinny rails are sized well and appear to meet the mil spec. I've mounted a 1" riser and a red/green dot scope on the top rail and a laser on the bottom rail. I think these plastic rails could be broken if the accessory is over-tightening. It needs a foregrip handle on the lower rail. The gun has been reliable after firing the first >3000 rounds. CO2 usage reportedly 300 rounds per pair of cartridges. I find the usage to be closer to 200 rounds per pair of CO2 cartridges. The maintenance instructions are vague. It looks to me the gun would need to be disassembled to oil the recommended components. Fun to shoot. UPDATE: Added a home 3D printed foregrip. This improved my accuracy. UPDATE July 2020: The trigger has always had a strange pull. If you squeezed the trigger fast, it fired the round. But if you tried to squeeze the trigger slowly to improve the accuracy, it would be hard to squeeze at the end of the pull. Sometimes you could not pull hard enough to fire a round when the trigger was squeezed slowly. This got worse over time. After about 4000 rounds, the trigger has become unreliable making the gun useless. I have to fiddle with the trigger to get it to reset after firing a round. I've followed the vague maintenance instructions and bought the recommended lubes. So, this failure is not the result of improper maintenance. It also leaks CO2. Don't waste your money.

  • Get One!

This bb spraying toy would make a great gift for anyone. It's easy to use, lots of fun, and will fire 30 bb's in about 2 seconds. Own your own machine gun for under a hundred bucks!

  • Umarex makes good replicas so I recommend all the umarex brands

I had to order to the first one I got the spring was busted so I tried to fix it and failed so I ordered a second one seems like a spring on them ain't made a very good quality so that's why I didn't give at five stars but they're cheap enough to where you can afford to buy another one and the second one is pretty decent. So I recommend them still

  • Most Fun You Can Have With Yer Paints On

This is, without a doubt, the best and most fun BB gun you can buy for the money. In my opinion that is. But really, I have many air guns, but this one is the one that gives me the biggest smile on my face. Its easy to load and reload, fairly accurate and the dual CO2 cartridges last a long time, compared to other full-auto air guns. I liked it so much, I had to buy another one, just incase something were to happen to the one that I have. I've had my original for quite a long time and it's still blasting away just fine, no problems at all. Buy this little full auto air gun, you'll have a lot of fun.

  • A fun, fun, fun BB gun

A truly well designed BB gun. Not something to toy around with (it shoots BBs at high speed), but tons of fun - and practical for my use. It can fire nearly all of its 300 BB holding capacity with the two 12-gram CO2 cartridges it holds. Buy and install the optional bulk CO2 handling attachment and you can shoot BBs all day. It is great for plinking in single shot or 6-shot full auto bursts. Accuracy is good out to about 20 feet, and is decent to 40 feet. It is noisy without some sort of sound deadening, but many owners like that sound level. I've shot about 2000 BBs so far with no jamming. The CO2 assembly is easily removed to save partially used powerjets and yet not maintain pressure on seals in the gun. Easy to refill the 30 shot receiver from the internal resevoir with a few shakes of the gun. Has worked well with Crosman copper coated, Daisy steel, and Air Venturi dust devil (which have reduced chance of ricochet) BBs. Tremendous fun in 6-shot burst mode. Can quickly knock down a row of cans or other targets. Kids (of all ages) love it. It puts a smile on the face of everyone who tries it. I use the gun to humanely kill cane toads, an invasive species in southern Florida that easily multiply to the hundreds and thousands in a community if they are not controlled. I added a 2 foot moderator made from PVC pipe tucked between the end of the barrel and surrounding muzzle to help with point blank shots and to quiet the gun. The BB speed is high enough to easily kill even large 1/2 lb cane toads with a single shot. We use the 6-shot burst mode to ensure a quick end to each toad. It is great to be able to take out dozens of toads without having to refill (either gas or ammunition) during a cane toad patrol. An aftermarket foregrip and laser pointer improve accuracy. I wish there was an aftermarket carbine stock for it. When CO2 levels are low, the rapid burst continues past 6 shots and empties the receiver fast. At that point it is time to reload the CO2. One complaint is that the front sight that slides to enable BB filling can slide open by accident and spill BBs. That is easily fixed with a rubber band stretching from the muzzle to the rear of the sight to hold it in place.

  • Simple to use

most of the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. The only thing it could use is a riffled barrel.

  • Needs Improvement

When CO2's get a little low the gun delivers 6 round bursts on single shot mode and weak pressure then when no pressure coming out the barrel when you change CO2's one still has pressure that is wasted.

  • Best bb gun out there for the price

I also own a SBR (full auto) steel bb gun (using 2 CO2 cartridges also) which costs TWICE as much - but the Steel Storm reloads in seconds, merely by tilting it and pulling the slide. It holds 300 bbs, fires 30 at a time - my SBR only holds 25 and requires multiple magazines ($65ea) to have the same firepower as the steel storm. While I prefer the SBR to the Steel Storm, they both make attractive wall mounted "trophies" that raise eyebrows when guests come over. One is a tricky to reload, the other reloads like a dream. One fires full auto, the other fires six at a time maximum but 5 quick trigger pulls on the Steel Storm is comparable, same 430 feet per second delivery rate.

I would love to give it a 5 ,my only complaint is you can't buy parts,I have another one that just needs a small part and I have to buy another one when something break's, but they are a blast!
