THIS UNIT WAS SUPPLIED UNDER WARRANTY AS MY AIR FILTER WAS NOISY IN OPERATION. WHEN STRIPPED I FOUND AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND HAVE NOT USED THE NEW MOTOR WHICH IS STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL WRAPPING.

Easy to fit, comes pre flexed with 13amp plug fitted. Fairly quite at low speed, no noisier than a domestic three speed fan. The unit has three speed settings, all can be set using 1,2 or 4hr timer if required, this allows you to run the unit after you leave your workshop in the knowledge that you haven't left it running all night. Comes with remote control which operates both the speed and timer settings. The timer settings on mine are inaccurate, eg 2hr setting runs for more like 3hrs. If you can afford one,- buy one! Too late when your lungs are gone.
A good and practical solution to harmfull dust in the workshop. I usually run a large wall extractor in the summer but in the winter the air filter works with doors and windows shut. Wish I'd got one sooner. Filter on and low extractor setting seems to be ideal.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
