Sealey CT-955 v3 (8pieces)
First time doing compression test. Great quality for the price. The adapter are the silver type with Hexgon fit, Just in case it gets stuck in the engine. The dial is large and easy readable thou the glass seam loose. The release button work perfectly. The hose is free flow and does not have the valve. The valve is on the dial body just before the release button, holds pressure just fine. I assume the hose may also be used with compressor for leak down test. Bear in Mind the adapter had to be tightened to the hose with pliers to avoid getting loose in the engine, also the thread on the hose (to adapter) is not fixed and spins if you twist hard enough. So hand tight only. Test lasted 5 min and on my Astra G 1.6 returned 145,145,145,147 Psi.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent tool
This is a very good value for money tool which does the job perfectly. It has a good feel to it and appears to be well made. I used it a couple of times to test a 4 cylinder car and did about 15 readings in total and it was consistent on both occasions. I did get one of the fittings stuck in the spark plug hole but managed to retrieve that, you have to make sure that the fitting is screwed on tight to the hose and that you do not over tighten the hose. The release pressure button is excellent and releases the pressure instantly. The only thing that I found slightly disappointing is that the fittings in the picture appear to be made of brass but in reality they are chrome.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
