Exellent service. Speedy delivery. I was missing two bolts and the support team dealt with it very quickly and pleasantly. Very pleased and will use them again. The instructions are only diagrams and need to be followed carefully. They could do with text to highlight variations which need care, eg. two door runners use different length dowels. Not easy at all to follow & no pre-drilled holes to guide you or marks on pieces of wood & nails & screws came all together in one bag & each bag had no ID of what size e.t.c. A corona sideboardgood looking unit for the money.
Whilst the finished product was probably worth the effort it was not easy to put together. I believe that units 4 & 5 whilst the same, were not interchangeable. This resulted in me having to doctor one of the panels which meant drilling a number of additional holes to relocate dowels and the pegs that are used to screw the front on. Better than chipboard furniture
I have built quite a few items in the Corona range, with the exception of a couple of dowel holes not being drilled properly and the loose fitting of other dowels it's not bad value for the money and quite sturdy once built. Being made of real wood you don't have the problem of chipboard splitting apart when you drive the screws in, however if you are going to use a drill driver to assemble these units I would recommend a very low torque setting. ( I found number 5 on an old Makita drill driver was more than adequate )Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Whilst very pleased with the quality of the sideboard I feel that if the timber parts were numbered it would make life a lot easier. also where the joints are SCREWED BEWARE THE WOOD SPLINTERS EASILY it might be prudent to glue the dowels in and wait for them to dry . AND AS FOR THE TIME TAKEN THAT'S ON THE INSTRUCTIONS 1-30 HRS IS FARCICAL IT TOOK ME AND A MATE MORE THAN 5 HRS BUT AFTER ALL THE HASSLE ITS WELL WORTH IT AND MERCER FURNITURE WERE EXCELLENT IN THE COMMUNICATIONVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality
Lots of pieces to assemble, but this makes for a quality flat pack. Not to be rushed but the finished item is stunning. I purchased four pieces of furniture so that they would all be matching in the same room. The wood has a nice grain with an attractive colour. Visitors did not believe the furniture was flat packs. Excellent after sales service. Recommended.

Pretty and affordable
All the reviews talk about this taking a long time to put together. They're not wrong. But it's well worth the result. If you put all the drawer bits together, all the door bits etc, and keep looking at the picture for reference it's not that complicated. Some of my bits were numbered which made it easier.
