Powerful, Efficient and Not For Amateurs

This printer is absolutely made for large and/or complex print jobs which it handles with ease and speed. Everyday printing *bank statements, order confirmations, pdf copies ect.....* are a breeze. I have not tried the photo printing capabilities yet but I can say that the paper tray(s) *I bought the 9025 that has a second paper tray* have the sliding bars and illustrations to further assist the onscreen help in positioning ANY type of paper you are using including photo paper of various sizes, envelopes, business card sheets and the list goes on. This can easily handle high demads in a business environment as it was designed for or make things effortless on a smaller scale if you work from or just print at home. I have been a purchaser of HP Printers exclusively for over 20 yrs and this is the best one yet.

    Product didn't last

Bought this for my wife’s home business. She loves it. Had a Brother inkjet that always needed ink cartridges even under low use. The laser printer solved that. FOLLOW UP. The first printer had to be returned because it failed to connect via WiFi. The replacement failed after an internal gear cracked that moved the printer head cleaner. The second replacement was "REFURBISHED" and didn't last a year.

  • Printer works Fine - Ink is really expensive

I've never owned an inkjet printer before, always had laser printers so it's taken some time to get used to the chunk chunk chunk process of printing. I should have checked the price of the ink cartridges before buying. They don't print very many pages and are extremely expensive. My laser printers could go several months in my small business without needing new ink supplies. The printer itself seems to be fine, I'm just shocked at the price of ink and how fast it's used.

  • Great, very clean print!

Easy product to set up, work out of the box. HP packaging engineers did a wonderful job of making an easy job of unloading a large piece of equipment. Set-up was straight forward to get them simple tasks done. Complex ones yet to be done.

  • Good Price - Good printer

I waited until my old printer gave out of black ink before installing the new HP 9025. So far(four days into the new printer) I have been very satisfied. Set up to my wireless network was simple as was set up of the printer itself. Have not tried to fax yet, as scanning and printing are my two primary functions utilized. Definitely would buy again.

  • Best Printer Ever! Set up was made for dummies like me...

OK I am no computer expert and I have to ask my son to set things up for me all the time, but finally a company being HP finally got something right and I mean really right. They actually came up with the very first computer item built for dummies like me! This was so easy and straight forward setting it up I did it all in about 3 minutes works perfect out of the box so easy its unreal. I have never in my life bought a product that was so easy and smooth to set up ever and not just in the computer world I am talking anything I have ever bought in my life. My hat is off to you HP for finally breaking down the computer walls and making something so easy and works fantastic, I will never buy another computer item I think unless it comes from HP all I can say is WOW!!! Best printer ever... Eric C.

  • Amazing Inkjet All-in-One with ADF

I was a bit skeptical about buying an open box item, but the price was hard to beat given that it was nearly $150 off retail value. But I needed a quality printer for home/office use that could easily scan documents and print in color. The OfficeJet 9025 was actually slightly smaller than the Epson WF-3640 that I had previously. It was easy to setup on my home network and print from various sources. I haven't tried photo printing yet, but the standard prints are crisp and vivid. The single pass, double sided scanning is a fantastic feature. I can scan about 10 pages of photo/text at 300 DPI in less than a minute. Very happy with this purchase!

  • Two paper trays make it so much better.

What I love about this printer is the fact that it has two trays. I can keep the main tray loaded with regular paper and the second tray holds my photo paper......or colored paper......or envelopes. Makes things so much easier. Set-up went well except for the fact that the HP website sends you to a different website to download an HP app. That made no sense to me. The print quality is great - it prints fast - and the photos I printed look super. The document feed for scanning or copying works quickly and well. Ink cartridges are a little tricky. If you don't hear a "snap" when you push them in (press hard) they will fly right back out. My old HP ink cartridges were in a vertical position and these are horizontal. I'm sure it will be easier when I get used to them. The only down-side I found is that the slide out tray that catches the paper as it prints out is rather short. It seems like it should have been an inch or so longer. But it has a slanted flap that keeps the papers from falling to the floor. All-in-all, I highly recommend this printer. I love mine.
