Good phone with a few limitations.
I am pleased with the phone overall. It is larger than my old Samsung S3 which I will get used to. The call quality is good, it's fast, and I like the amount of RAM and storage built in. It is dual SIM, which I was initially confused about. I discovered it uses a nano sim in slot 1 for phone use and I can use a nano or micro sim for additional storage in slot 2. Picture quality is good. So far I only have 2 small problems. 1. The led that lets you see visually if you have a message or missed call is tiny and you have to be close to the phone to see it. I don't always have my phone close at hand. A brighter, larger brighter led would be better. 2. In settings, sound, notification, I can set call ring tones to each individual in my address book, such as family members, business, etc. But I can't set notifications that way. All my notifications, whether e-mail, text, or just an info message all have the same ring tone. I contacted Huawei support and was informed it wasn't possible. I'm old and I had a Motorola Android system phone before this Huawei but the phone works enough differently that is is hard to operate initially for me. I still can't figure out how to save a new contact. My old phone said "save" right in an obvious place but this one does not. I keep pushing stuff and eventually I managed to save one contact but I don't know how I did it for the next time. Also, the screen times out annoyingly fast...........every three seconds it goes dead so I can't get anything done as I don't think nearly that fast.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best phone I have ever owned!
I LOVE THIS PHONE! I bought 2, one for myself and one for my son after literally months of research finding that perfect phone, with all the features at an affordable price AND unlocked. It does everything the phones at triple the price do. Long battery life, can open a ton of apps, it's extremely fast, it switches back and forth between the wifi and 4-G effortlessly when out and about. Camera tales really nice, sharp and clean pictures. We have been using the phones about 2-3 weeks and no issues whatsoever. We are on Cricket Wireless and works seamlessly. Very quick phone with lots of memory
The phone is very quick at loading apps and navigating along with a fingerprint reader that works in about a quarter of a second. Battery life is very good. Camera takes crisp, clear shots with many different options and settings available. The 64GB is great for holding my music and pictures. The small downsides are that it's missing NFC but I hardly ever used that on my old phone anyway. I'd also prefer more ringtone options, perhaps some that are in between quiet, relaxing, tinkling sounds and loud and annoying. Great phone, less than half the price of comparable phones.
