This Product Is A Help For Hot Flushes!
I find this product extremely helpful, I chose them because it mentioned having all the B vitamins at over 100% I like that it has brewers yeast included another healthy source of vit B. I can't seem to find others like that. I bought it because vitamin B 9 in particular helps with hot flushes and from the first time I used it my hot flushes went! I bought another brand which was higher strength and had extremely bad stomach ache and bladder pain so went back to this one which for me is gentle on the system as I will be using it long term. I'd very much recommend them to anyone especially if you are having hot flushes from menopause. I would be glad for at least 200 tablets at a cheaper price though, or at least a discount for buying it regularly. 🙏🏾Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

DO NOT BUY SUCH PRODUCT AT ALL!!!!It has become wet even thu it is kept in air tight jar, has complete discoloration, and cracked and rotten and really smells disgusting. You cannot withstand the bad smell. It is two expensive too. I just bought one jar of 90 tabs top original quality just for £99 from Home Bargain. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RECOMMENDED DON'T BUY !!!! I am very disappointed with this product. I have been using B complex for quite a long time now, but this product that I received is far from the B complex that I know. It does not taste or smell or look like the original B complex. I don't know what kind of rubbish this product is but I would not risk eating it. Not the best vitamin B supplements
Overall these supplements are good value and have all the B vitamins that you need. However they just have an awful awful smell and taste. They also have a chalk like texture which makes it hard to swallow.
