Having purchased so very many over the years I really didn't expect these to be any different.... this time I was wrong. The cutting ability is superb, even hard veggies it slices effortlessly without bending or applying any force. Take note:These are much sharper than they look, so be very cautious when using and when washing up!!!!     A Most Excellent Knife in All Ways.

    Incredibly powerful and handy little knife that does most of the things you would expect from a big chefs knife.Stays sharp, doesn't rust, will slice an over-ripe tomato or a large potato with equal ease, it's my most used knife. I had my last one 9 years and until it went missing was as good as new,and I immediately had to replace it. Very safe knife to use as it's so sharp it doesn't slide or bounce of the surface you are cutting.

    It's sharper than I expected. I imagined a new knife might have a bit of bluntness from the manufacturer, but it's really sharp. My wife actually cut her finger picking up the blade in the sink. Cuts bread and meat extremely well.

    The blade is SHARP and doesn't rust. The handle provides a good grip though it could have some kind of bumps or carvings. Cuts through veggies like they were butter. Would definitely recommend.
